Tea set exploration and designing

Children draw tea set/s (real and printed pictures from website of SotS collection and others).

Discuss similarities and differences of the tea sets, lookingat detail, shape, colour, weight and textures.

Investigate filling and pouring using tea sets; ceramic and plastic

Decorating actual cups and teapots brought in.

Suggested materials: finger paints, sequins, buttons, found and natural objects, crayon, whiteboard markers.
